Amy's Friend Shower/Bachelorette Party!

Last Saturday we had a friend shower and bachelorette party for Amy. Her wedding is right around the corner!

We started off at Amy's apartment where her good friend, Amy Allen, hosted a "Kitchen Shower" for her. She had it set up so cute with lots of flowers and kitchen supplies. Amy wore a cute read apron and Ali supplied everyone with flowers for in their hair.

After the shower...
We transitioned over to the bachelorette party. Everyone put on fun "go out" clothes and Amy looked AMAZING! Ali had taken her shopping in the morning for a fun new look to wear out. The highlight of the night was was when the white stretch hummer pulled up and was waiting for us in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Amy was completely surprised and her face was great when she saw it.
We popped some champagne and drove around Indy for awhile.

We made a stop on the Butler campus (where Amy attended college) and took some fun pictures.

All the girls posing on Blue the Bulter Bulldog. How fun!

A music major's way of having fun... they were harmonizing with the bottles (Seriously! It sounded really cool.)

Of course we had to take a self portrait of the sisters.

Love you girls!

Silly Kiefer

As you can tell from some of my previous blog entries... Kiefer loves to dress himself up in anything he can find. Here is an outfit he designed himself the other day. What a crack up!

Kiefer was hitting golf balls the other day, took a couple of steps backwards, and landed in the bucket of balls. He thought this was hilarious! I had to take a picture of the cutie with his butt stuck in the ball bucket.

Don't think for a minute that Kiefer is the only silly one in this house...

Mom and Dad's New Lake Cottage

My mom and dad purchased a lake cottage on Hamilton Lake last fall. They have been working hard to furnish it this past winter and spring... and the results are fabulous! The boys and I spent the night over Memorial Day weekend (we were kicked out of our cottage for Chris's bachelor party) and had so much fun!

Mom made a cute little spot for the boys to sleep. They loved it!

Taking a bath at the cottage. Kiefer loved the jets and bubbles!

Here are some shots of the cottage. Mom has it decorated so cute and cozy...
