Nagel Easter

At 5 o'clock on Easter day, the Nagel Family met at Eric and Ali's house for a nice dinner and socializing. The boys had a blast because there were lots of cousins to play with and a basketball goal! It was good to see everyone... we are jealous because most of them are getting ready to go on a Florida spring break together. How fun!

A picture of all 5 of Sam's sisters. They were catching up with each other and I captured the shot.

Parker was so cute playing the drums.

Kiefer's Easter Bonnet

Leave it to Kiefer to find a hat and try it on. This time he happened to find my hat that I am going to be wearing at my sister, Amy's, shower this weekend (tea party themed). Here are some cute pictures:

Decorating Easter Eggs

The boys were definitely more interested in decorating Easter eggs this year. They seemed to like the "dipping" of the eggs (or should I say dunking and splashing) rather than the decorating. They did stick around long enough to put some stickers on them, and Krue wrote his name on two. It was fun while it lasted!

Playdate with Parker and Ella

I have been watching Parker and Ella occasionally while Ben and Brandi attend Lee's Wellness Classes. The boys and I get so excited for them to come over. We have such fun! Here are some pictures from our last playdate.

So intimidating!

Parker loved punching the bag with the boxing gloves on.

Of course, Kiefer wanted to do it, too!

Ella loves this horse and has fun bouncing and singing to everyone. Krue likes to listen and shoot hoops.

Krue took this shot of Parker and I.

Looking forward to seeing you munchkins again soon!

Cowboy Birthday Party ~ YEE HAW!

On March 1st (Krue's actual birthday) we had a birthday party for Kiefer's 2nd and Krue's 4th birthdays. It was cowboy themed... and I had so much fun with it! I put signs at the front and back doors that read "Come on in for a rootin' tootin' good time!"... labeled the bathroom as the "Outhouse"... the food as the "Grub"... and the old fashion root beer bottles & water bottles in a tin as "The Watering Hole". The boys dressed up in cowboy hats, bandannas, and cowboy boots. I made "Wanted" posters and hung them all over the house for everyone to look at. I had the guests snack on peanuts in the shell "Rodeo Munchies"... and we had food that went along with the cowboy theme... barbecued pulled pork, baked beans (thanks Mamaw), summer sausage & cheese (thanks Sam & Beth), yummy overnight salad (thanks Mom), and veggies.

We had family over at 4pm for dinner & presents, and then invited some Auburn friends (Neal & Mel, Shane & Kelli, Jeff & Rachelle) and their kids (Lauren & Graham, Ian & Anna, Livia & Reece) over for cake & ice cream. We had cowboy hats for the kids and the ice cream was served in plastic cowboy boots!

At one point we had 10 kids under the age of Five in our living room! We wouldn't have done it any other way :)

Happy Birthday Krue & Kiefer!!
