Baby Chloe!

On February 16, 2010 (the day after my mom's birthday) Chloe Grace Elkins was born!
Natalia had a natural birth and she did such an amazing job.

Proud Adam with his little girl!

Baba, Natalia, and Chloe
My mom and my sister, Amy, were in the room when Chloe was born! We are starting to call them "The Welcoming Committee" because they were in the room when Kai was born, too.

Adam & Natalia bringing Chloe home.
It was a cold, but pretty, February day.

Welcome home Chloe Grace!

So excited to have her home.

Introducing Kai to Chloe.
"Look Mom, a baby!"
Kai says, "Can't wait to play with you, Cousin Chloe!"

Love this pic of Mother and Daughter.

Holding Chloe for the first time!

Daddy Adam giving Chloe a bottle. So sweet!

Bradley Reunion - Year Two!

In February I hosted a Bradley Reunion at my house for all of the couples who took my class last year. It is a chance to see all of the babies, share birth stories and ideas. It is very fun! This year some of the couples couldn't make it, but I enjoyed visiting with the ones who were there. It is hard to believe that this is my 3rd year teaching the Bradley Method!

Kiefer's 4th Birthday

Kiefer loved turning 4 this year! He can't wait until he is old enough to play all of the sports Krue does. He wants to be just like Krue at this age! Kiefer is imaginative, fun-loving, always on the go, and stubborn at the age of 4 :) Kiefer's woke up on his birthday and got to open up some fun presents...

Krue gave him some really cool Nerf swords!

Later that evening we took him to Chuck E. Cheese for his "kids" birthday party. He invited some of his closest friends and they all had a ball!
Some of the party guests...

Little Sister, Kai Caroline

Cousin Parker

Cousin Ella

Friend Ian

Best Buddy Graham

Friend Lauren

Friend Anna

Here they all are at Chuck E. Cheese
(Krue was there, too, but I did not get a good shot of him)

Kiefer took being crowned very seriously!

Blowing out the candles

He even got a cool medallion (In perfect Kiefer style!)

Kiefer's favorite thing was getting to eat ice cream (he has a food sensitivity to this so he rarely gets to eat ice cream!) He didn't stop eating it while posing with Chuck E. Cheese himself!

Kiefer's second favorite thing was playing the basketball game. He stayed at this game ALL night!
Parker and Ella loved dancing in front of the green screen. They stayed here all night, too!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my sweet boy, Kiefer Samuel!
Can't believe you are 4 years old!! We love you so much.

Natalia's "Bug In a Rug" Shower

On January 31st, Amy, Mom, and I threw a baby shower for Natalia! It was "A Bug in A Rug" theme. "Ant-ie" Amy hosted the shower at her cute house in Indy and made the food. Grandma "Deb-bee" provided all of the fabulous decorations. I, "Ant-ie" Erin, organized and ran the games and activities at the shower and provided the prizes. We had a pretty smooth operation and think we may start our own "event planning" organization.... joking.

Here is Amy getting ready for the shower.

Amy made these adorable cupcakes from scratch!

And of course we had Ants on a Log!

Beautiful Natalia poses by the food table.

Opening presents for Baby Girl Elkins!

Handing out a prize for one of the games.

Adam, picking up Natalia after the shower and checking out their "loot!"

Wish I Had More Time in the Day...

... Oh my goodness! These are busy busy busy times for the Nagel family. I have am one movin' mama! We've had birthdays and birthday parties, school activities and homework, taekwondo, basketball, teaching Bradley classes, babies born in the family, working at Lee's office 7 hours a week, a surfing trip!, planning a class reunion, getting ready to go on spring break as a family .... and taking care of three active children on top of this.... Whew! Let me tell you, there has been NO time to work on pictures and blogging. I am trying to stay up later for a couple of nights and work on my blog... because I don't want to get too far behind. Hopefully you will be seeing new posts. If I get really inspired (and load up on some caffeine) I may even try to give my blog a new look like my two friends Melanie and Myah. Wishful thinking... but you never know.

If anyone wants to take my kids for a day or two so I can tackle some of my photo albums, scrapbooking, blogging.... just say the word. I won't put up a fight :)

Face Painting by Debbie!

My mom has many many talents... so it didn't surprise me that face painting came naturally to her. For our Grand Re-Opening we asked my mom to do some face painting for the kids. Of course she went above and beyond... created a poster board with drawings of sample faces painted and a variety of face paints and colors to choose from! We had so much fun watching her work... the kids LOVED their faces... and my mom said she had a ball doing it! Here are some pictures of her fabulous faces...

DeKalb Chiropractic Center's Grand Re-Opening!

We have been working really hard over the past 4 months to remodel the inside of Lee's chiropractic office. It needed major updating... and we were very happy with the results. To show off our new office we decided to have a "Grand Re-Opening" on Jan. 23rd. We had a great turnout and raised lots of money for the United Way. Here are some pictures of our fun day...
Dr. Lee greeting some visitors

My mom face painted all the kid's faces! They turned out great. I'll have to do a post on that!

Dr. Heath and the reception & front desk area.

We had a healthy innate meal for all of our guests.

Lee's Aunt Shelly made all of the silk flower arrangements in the office!
